Daily update on COVID-19 for tourists traveling to Ha Giang - Vietnam

Dear valued customers,

Under the spread of virus COVID-19 in the world, we'd like to share an update on COVID-19 in Vietnam.

We understand that the spread of virus corona (COVID-19) is making the difficult for many people to have the travel plans right now. And it will be stressful when we don’t have the newest update whether the destinations we are planning to travel will be safe in a week or a month.

At this stage, after 20 days we don’t have any new case, however, on 08th Mar we recognized has more case has virus corona, but she traveled back Vietnam from Europe - London. And these new cases are on the same flight with her on flight VN0054 from London back Hanoi. Now Vietnam has 30 cases while 16 cases out of hospital 20 days ago.

Vietnam is still safe for travel right now because all of them are in hospital and well-treat from doctors. Related persons who contact with them were finding and making isolated from public.

To have the high preparation and anti the virus, our vehicles are washed and sanitized daily as well as before each tour to make sure for both clients and guide with driver health. It is the safety part for all. We also have antibacterial and wipes on transport for your use. This is with the aim to put level of hygiene for your safety while travelling with us. And the most important is that you travel with us on private tour. This means you will only travel with your family or group with our guide and driver only in the clean and sanitized environment.

We would also like to remind you that we have a standard free cancellation policy with short tour from 2 – 3 days before tour start, so you don’t need to be anxious in advance.

Summarizing Vietnam is a very safe destination right now, all public areas such as airports, and infrastructure are working as normal.

The number of respiratory infections caused by the new strain of Coronavirus have been considerably increase in many countries in the world, including a lot of EU Countries. Please note the following requirement by Vietnam government as following:

From 0h00 (12h00) 7th March, passengers entering Vietnam from or through EU countries are required to fill out medical declaration forms as of March 7th before entering Vietnam.

The medical declaration will be applied at all border gates and airports

If passengers show any signs of cough, fever, shortness of breath, or respiratory disease, medical quarantine measures must be applied
