1. Deposit Requirements
- To secure your booking, we require a deposit of up to 30% of the total tour cost.
- Some tours may allow a lower deposit depending on the type of service.
- Full payment is usually required before the tour begins.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp. Refunds will be issued based on the following schedule:
- More than 15 days before departure: 100% refund of deposit (minus transaction fees)
- 8–14 days before departure: 50% refund of deposit
- 4–7 days before departure: 25% refund of deposit
- Less than 3 days before departure or no-show: No refund
3. Payment Methods & Refund Conditions
We offer two main payment options:
Option 1: Payment via Tab Travel (Recommended)
- Easy international payment with secure processing.
- Extra charges: 3% transaction fee + 1 USD fixed fee + country-specific transfer fees.
- Refunds are faster and more convenient when using this method.
Option 2: Direct Bank Transfer to Vietnam
- Available for customers who prefer to transfer directly to our Vietnamese bank account.
- Refunds may be delayed due to Vietnamese banking regulations and paperwork.
- We do not cover bank charges or international refund fees; customers are responsible for these costs.
4. Force Majeure (Unforeseeable Events)
In the event that your tour must be canceled due to reasons beyond anyone’s control — such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure situations — Vision Travel will do its best to offer flexible and fair solutions.
Depending on the circumstances, you may choose from the following options:
- Option 1: Receive a full travel credit, valid for use within 12 months from the original tour date.
- Option 2: Reschedule your tour to another date, free of charge (subject to availability).
- Option 3: If you are unable to accept the above options, we can issue a partial refund after deducting any non-recoverable costs already incurred (e.g., hotel reservations, transportation deposits, administrative fees, etc.). The remaining balance will be returned to you via your original payment method.
Please note that if your deposit was made via international bank transfer, any refund may take longer due to banking procedures, and we are not responsible for international bank fees. For faster refunds, we recommend payment via Tab Travel (additional fees may apply).
We are committed to treating each case with fairness and transparency, and will always strive to find a solution that works for both sides.
5. Custom & Private Tour Bookings
Different cancellation conditions may apply for private or customized tours, especially if third-party bookings (hotels, flights, transport) are involved. These terms will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
